Delivery Costs

If you live outside the UK Mainland please call in to our technicians to see if delivery is possible.

Orders are sent via DPD Tracked deliveries.

Standard delivery charge (£6.50 for mainland UK), this will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Lead Times

We do our best to operate a next day delivery service. on all orders received by 1:30pm. In some cases this is not possible at which point one of our service technicians will notify you.

Conditions for Delivery

It is the customers’ responsibility to prepare a safe environment for the delivery of the goods. If the location is deemed to be ‘unsafe to complete the delivery’ then our couriers reserve the right to refuse to deliver. In this event or in the event you (or your representative) are not available to receive the goods, there may be a re-delivery charge applied by the transport company which will be passed on to the customer and this must be paid before delivery will take place. All deliveries have to be signed for as proof of receipt.

All products are thoroughly checked, suitably packaged and leave Wunda Group premises in good condition if you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods on arrival DO NOT ACCEPT delivery, and take photos of the condition of the delivery. Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event a product develops a fault, please contact Wunda Group on 01291 440 981 with your order number.

Returns Policy

Please note that all returns need to be sent direct to our warehouse at the following address:-
Authorisation from Wunda must be sought before returning any goods.

14 Day Return Policy - full refund including delivery charge

(a) Before returning any goods a returns number must be obtained from the ‘Seller’ and be quoted in all communications for their return. 

(b) Returned goods must be in original, complete and saleable condition with NO LABELS stuck on them and suitable packaging used for their transport with the returns number on the outer packaging. Customers are liable for sending the items back (including necessary return delivery charge) and all refunds are at the total discretion of the seller.

 

30 Day Return Policy - full refund excluding delivery charge

Please note without exception goods will NOT be accepted back after 30 days.
